Welcome to the homepage of North Iowa Area Community College's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, straight Ally student organization!

Equality Alliance's mission is threefold: 

  1. We hope to educate the NIACC community about gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and straight ally issues. 
  2. We want to support members of the NIACC community who are coming to accept their sexual and/or gender orientation. 
  3. We want to create a safe place for all NIACC students to come together socially and be themselves without fear of reprisal from bigoted or intolerant people.
