NIACC Academic All-Americans

Each year community colleges select students (two per campus) to represent to be their All-USA Academic All-Americans. The All-USA Academic All-American award is sponsored by the newspaper USA Today and Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. Students are nominated by faculty at their college and the students selected to represent their college become part of the All-Iowa Academic Team. These students are recognized for their accomplishment at an awards banquet held each spring. Members of the All-Iowa Academic Team have the possibility of being selected to join the national academic team. NIACC has been an active participant in this program ever since we started a Phi Theta Kappa chapter. Here are our current and past winners of this award:

2003: Marie Harms, Billie Moorehead, Cassandra Nelson

The list of past recipients is under construction.
